The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Donna Bella. Trembling Star ended up behind the leader. Happy Sound got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Roger Malmqvist wanted a little to much in the start and Trembling Star galoped for 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Happy Sound, Donna Bella, Windy Sunflower, Down The River, Trembling Star, Polished Diamond, Sweeper, Fair Brightness.




Windy Sunflower looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Donna Bella couldn't come out from behind the leader, Happy Sound.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Happy Sound followed by Sweeper and Down The River. Lane two Donna Bella followed by Windy Sunflower and Trembling Star.




Happy Sound didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Sweeper gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Happy Sound looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Windy Sunflower never caught up with Happy Sound who won. Donna Bella came third.
