Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Hynderweides Spartacus could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 40 m. When the startcar left the field Trépigner started to galop and lost 10 m. Sören Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Walking Body galoped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Walking Body, Western Shore, Dragon's Den, Hard Pain, Trinitatis, Voulé Voux, Hynderweides Spartacus, Trépigner.

Láska Kuráž was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Hard Pain sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

driver couldn't keep Láska Kuráž to trotting so they were disqualified. Daniel Olsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Láska Kuráž started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Winner of todays race was Hard Pain. Crossing Wave came in second. Hynderweides Spartacus became third.
