One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sergeant Power could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 40 m. The Beaver suddenly started to galop. Jörgen Westholm had to struggle to get The Beaver to tror again and succeded after 30 m. driver couldn't keep Sergeant Strategy to trotting so they were disqualified. Bengt-Erik Olsson wanted a little to much in the start and Segel In Träume galoped for 20 m.

Segel In Träume saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Stopping Technology sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Speed For Gold galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Stopping Technology sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Shining Anaconda sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
