One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hurricane Observer sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Fast Wave was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Calming Moon was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Waving Wish started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Hurricane Observer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Fast Wave couldn't come out from behind the leader, Calming Moon.




Hurricane Observer was still in the lead after 1500m.



Hurricane Observer were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Björn Goop tried a little too much on the homestretch and Hurricane Observer started to galopp and lost 50 m.




No-one could catch Fast Wave today who won before Calming Moon and Les Roi.
