Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Halsua track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Value Increase could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Adelaïde sprinted to the front. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Adelaïde was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Rugged Paradigm looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Value Increase started to gallop after 1500m and Esa Holopainen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Thunder Force took the lead. Unknown gallopped 20 m after 2000m.



Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Thunder Force kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Thunder Force didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
