It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blood Red Planet could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Florida Thunder started to galop and lost 30 m. Green Hornet was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rapide sprinted to the front.




Green Hornet sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Blood Red Planet galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.



Green Hornet sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.






Brave Knight sprinted over the finishline before Under Alle Omstændigheder and Green Hornet.
