It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Force Of Diamond could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Whispering Necklace quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Pretty Wind sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Speedwagon suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Force Of Diamond made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Fighting Moment.
