One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Queen From Overseas could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.




Esset quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Queen From Overseas sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Queen From Overseas was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Queen From Overseas was still in the lead after 1500m. Stepping Spring galloped way to long and was disqualified. Queen From Overseas galloped for 10 m.



Queen From Overseas kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Stepping Spring galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Esset galop. Esset lost 40 m.




Backstabbing Cookie won the race after a spectacular finish.
