It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hurricane Observer sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.




Hurricane Observer was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Hurricane Observer clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Timberwolf galop. Timberwolf lost 20 m. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Timberwolf started to galopp and lost 50 m.




No-one could catch Hurricane Observer today who won before Heavenly Whirlwind and Timberwolf.
