One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Playing Some Cards could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Veijo Heiskanen wanted a little to much in the start and Absolutely Gorgeous galoped for 50 m.




Playing Some Cards was in fine shape and held the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Big Spirit took the lead rather easily.




Lemon Girl accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Lemon Girl kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Big Spirit made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Lemon Girl.
