One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Portable Bandwith took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Kaj Widell wanted a little to much in the start and Little Top galoped for 20 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Helpful Moon was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Crossing Tropic suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Helpful Moon today. It continued in the lead. Crossing Tropic started to gallop after 1500m and Jim Frick had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Daragh sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Helpful Moon didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
