One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lieutenant Pain. Leaving Sydney ended up behind the leader. Maximum Dedication got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Asbjørn Mehla wanted a little to much in the start and Gorgeous Peach galoped for 50 m.




Calming Band saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Øst Til Vest sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.



Kentucky Diplomat sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Maximum Dedication galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. The Pickles galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Øst Til Vest sprinted over the finishline before Kentucky Diplomat and Leaving Sydney.
