One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dragon's Den took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Heavy Beard looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Schneller Laufen was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Schneller Laufen was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Heavy Beard was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Dragon's Den was first on the homestretch followed by Lieutenant Band and Old Steel.

Lieutenant Band won the race after a spectacular finish.
