One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Royal Prince took the lead after a very quick start.

Backstabbing Fall quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

One Armed Pirate clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one One Armed Pirate followed by Royal Prince and Wonder Star. Lane two Go For Victory followed by Already Taken and Spécial Jeune Fille.

With only a little left of the race Royal Prince galoped for 20 m. One Armed Pirate looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Backstabbing Fall was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Patrick Wickman tried a little too much on the homestretch and Already Taken started to galopp and lost 30 m.

One Armed Pirate never caught up with Go For Victory who won. Royal Prince came third.
