The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Oviken today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Spanish Boots took the lead after a very quick start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.
Pretty Boy Sam saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Sneaky Spy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Sneaky Spy today. It continued in the lead.
Shadow Heart seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.
Shadow Heart kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Through The Night galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Through The Night started to galopp and lost 50 m. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Through The Night started to galopp and lost 40 m.
Winner of todays race was
Shadow Heart.
King Of East came in second.
Pretty Boy Sam became third.
