One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shining Heat could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m.




Shining Heat was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.




Shining Heat was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
