The weather had been good all week and Rättvik was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Macho Macho Man sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Flying Scope saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Pilot M.v. who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Blue Hotel sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Jack Of Spades looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Crown The King litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Crown The King didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
