Only a humble breeze blew over Solvalla this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Swinging Sixties sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Curly Summer suddenly started to galop. Stefan Melander had to struggle to get Curly Summer to tror again and succeded after 30 m. Fredrik B Larsson wanted a little to much in the start and Itsybitsy Vinna galoped for 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Lady Kavat, Clew Bay, Excellent Girl, Bolero Saint, Modest Jewel, Itsybitsy Vinna, Curly Summer, Swinging Sixties.




The leader got disturbed by something and Clew Bay took the lead rather easily.



Excellent Girl was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Swinging Sixties was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The leader got disturbed by something and Clew Bay took the lead rather easily.






Clew Bay didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
