Only a humble breeze blew over Solvalla this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Giant Standing sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Tobaco Trader, Prince Of Spirit, Grand Master, Matthieu, Giant Standing, Solid Angel, Powerful Body, Colorado Appaloosa. Circle Of Spice started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Giant Standing looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Matthieu couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tobaco Trader.

Giant Standing looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Giant Standing sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Matthieu was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.

Matthieu was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Giant Standing were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Giant Standing galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Tobaco Trader won. Solid Angel came in second. Prince Of Spirit caught third place.
