It had been raining for several days at Gävle but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Close Devil could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Toxic Pine started to galop and lost 50 m. Shooting Technology suddenly started to galop. Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get Shooting Technology to tror again and succeded after 10 m. Hans-Owe Sundberg wanted a little to much in the start and Circle Of Spice galoped for 10 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Wandering Daffodil was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Circle Of Spice was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Shooting Technology sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Shooting Technology followed by Sad Frenzy and Caramel. Lane two Strong Runner followed by Toxic Pine and Max Starlight.

Shooting Technology looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Shooting Technology kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sad Frenzy and Strong Runner.
