It had been raining for several days at Kalajoki but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Lieutenant Sound could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 10 m. Diamond Nitro was in fine shape and held the lead. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Light Paradigm was disturbed and galoped 20 m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Just Amazing was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Winner of todays race was Delaney. Gentleman Architecture came in second. My Moneyshaker became third. Results
