One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Knight Of Sunrise. La Mélodie Beauté ended up behind the leader. Thunder Miracle got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jens Laursen wanted a little to much in the start and La Mélodie Beauté galoped for 10 m.

Knight Of Sunrise was in fine shape and held the lead.

Thunder Miracle sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Kingda Ka suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

With only a little left of the race Thunder Miracle galoped for 50 m. Knight Of Sunrise sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Pointing Tropic showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Knight Of Sunrise didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
