It had been raining for several days at Solänget but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Moment In Time took the lead after a very quick start. Luminoso Prospetto suddenly started to galop. Stefan Edin had to struggle to get Luminoso Prospetto to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Universe Empire, Popular Brand, Solid Sword, Toutouic, Good Looking Angel, L'Étoile Mystérieuse, Moment In Time, I Choose Cheese.

Popular Brand sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Popular Brand today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 30 m.

Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Popular Brand was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. I Choose Cheese speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Miss Usa galop. Miss Usa lost 20 m.

I Choose Cheese kept the speed the whole finish and won before Good Looking Angel and Cassandra.
