The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Visby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Old Eric found a gap and took the lead. Trembling Jewel followed before Hard Arraow.




Old Eric was in fine shape and held the lead.




Trembling Jewel sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Trembling Jewel followed by Old Eric and Flying Scout. Lane two Hard Arraow followed by Assuex De Assorti and Indrajit. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Something caused a disturbance in the field and American Style gallopped for 30 m.




Trembling Jewel was still in the lead after 2000m.



Hard Arraow suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Wild Palema galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Final standings. 1 Trembling Jewel, 2 Hard Arraow, 3 Old Eric.
