Only a humble breeze blew over Åmål this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dead Power sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Dead Power was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Quilly Du Marais looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Ace To Ace couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dead Power. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Dead Power was still in the lead after 1500m.




Dead Power was still in the lead after 2000m.



Dead Power kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Tempting Amazon galop. Tempting Amazon lost 40 m. Tempting Amazon galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Ace To Ace never caught up with Dead Power who won. Quilly Du Marais came third.
