One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Alias sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Above Beyond started to galop and lost 20 m.




Alias was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Alias clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Alias was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Speeding Hurricane gallopped for 20 m.



Summerblue was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Night Princess litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Speeding Darling galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Night Princess didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
