One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Comet Chaser found a gap and took the lead. Helpful Striker followed before Ohio Buckeye. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Lieutenant Architecture, Giant Empire, Rock Steady, Focused Satellite, Comet Chaser, Ohio Buckeye, Helpful Striker, Clever Steel. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Lieutenant Architecture was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Focused Satellite suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m. Rock Steady was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Giant Empire was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Torbjörn Jansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Clever Steel started to galopp and lost 20 m. Rock Steady galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Final standings. 1 Comet Chaser, 2 Giant Empire, 3 Helpful Striker.
