One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Heavy Comet sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Intelligent Thinking suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Heavy Comet followed by Look Away and Space Dreamer. Lane two Fair Peach followed by Heavy Wolf and Dreaming Bear.




Heavy Comet kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Heavy Comet kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Thunder Agent was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Thunder Agent galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Heavy Comet. Look Away came in second. Fair Peach became third.
