The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Årjäng today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bon Nero could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Sneaky Bullet quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Last Wagon sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Sneaky Bullet showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Last Wagon followed by Laissez-faire and Walking Tiger. Lane two Bon Nero followed by Unir Mon Voyage and Roll Cage. Max Action galloped for 40 m.



Laissez-faire suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Sneaky Bullet galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Laissez-faire didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
