One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Silky Train. Smooth Beauty ended up behind the leader. Honey For My Darling got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Sweet Rose, Silky Train, Big Flying, Lilla My, Honey For My Darling, Tropic Comet, Smooth Beauty, Queen Magic.

Lilla My took the lead after 1000m. Honey For My Darling didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Best Served Cold galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Honey For My Darling saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Honey For My Darling sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Silky Train sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
