One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bright S.T.A.R. found a gap and took the lead. Heavy Bandwith followed before Frozen Bouquet.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Golden Stone suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Frozen Bouquet followed by Capital Market and Elegant Meadow. Lane two Bright S.T.A.R. followed by Heavy Bandwith and Golden Stone.



Capital Market kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Bright S.T.A.R. galop. Bright S.T.A.R. lost 50 m. Jorma Kontio tried a little too much on the homestretch and Capital Market started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Winner of todays race was Golden Stone. Heavy Bandwith came in second. Elegant Meadow became third.
