It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lyon Trucker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Quick Box, Tropical Girl, Tempting Love, Mon Cuisle, Lyon Trucker, Extended Version, Glowing Grove, Breaking Starshine.

Tempting Love sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Tempting Love followed by Lyon Trucker and Glowing Grove. Lane two Extended Version followed by Quick Box and Tropical Girl. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Mon Cuisle gallopped for 50 m.

Tempting Love were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Tempting Love galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Extended Version won. Quick Box came in second. Glowing Grove caught third place.
