One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Glory Story. Tempting Love ended up behind the leader. Sunset Heat got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Eagle Sun started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Zoogina Queen sprinted to the front.

The leader got disturbed by something and Flawless took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Flawless followed by Zoogina Queen and Tempting Love. Lane two Eagle Sun followed by Glory Story and Sudden Tropic.

Love Witness was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Flawless sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Jan Hultman tried a little too much on the homestretch and Love Witness started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Final standings. 1 Zoogina Queen, 2 Glory Story, 3 Eagle Sun.
