The weather had been good all week and Skellefteå was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Veronica D.. Grimace ended up behind the leader. Jappeloup got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Crossing Breeze was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Holy Stardust sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Veronica D. who started to galop and lost 40 m. Crossing Breeze galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Sleepy Sky sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Elegant Cookie galoped for 30 m. Sleepy Sky sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Jappeloup galoped way to long and was disqualified. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Veronica D. galop. Veronica D. lost 10 m.




Final standings. 1 Glory Story, 2 Grimace, 3 Sleepy Sky.
