One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Whatever Cake sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Gentleman Asteroid was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Sombrero Zon saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Gedacht Diamant sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gedacht Diamant followed by Whatever Cake and Laabirinto Aaas. Lane two Delaney followed by Roman Empire and Lager Den Morsom.




Whatever Cake put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Delaney speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Roman Empire won. Delaney came in second. Gedacht Diamant caught third place.
