One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Genius Mind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Jet Black, Ahdinko Heilahdella, Genius Mind, Happy Scope, Direct Hit, The Giant Swede, Toro Di Palermo, Can See Clearly. Can See Clearly was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Toro Di Palermo started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Helpful Puma galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Genius Mind looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Genius Mind sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Unknown was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Genius Mind were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Genius Mind kept the speed the whole finish and won before Jet Black and Happy Scope.
