One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tricky Sunflower took the lead after a very quick start. Conrad Lugauer wanted a little to much in the start and Cassandra galoped for 30 m.




Special Lady saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Cassandra who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Special Lady clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Many Millions suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. White Sugar suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Tricky Sunflower accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Stepping Bouquet started to gallop after 1500m and Jim Frick had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Tricky Sunflower sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Tricky Sunflower sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Special Lady galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. driver couldn't keep White Sugar to trotting so they were disqualified.




Many Millions sprinted over the finishline before Wondering Red and Tricky Sunflower.
