Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Hagmyren track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Grimace. Desire ended up behind the leader. Whispering Stardust got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Grimace was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Whispering Stardust, Quick Mountain, Grimace, Holy Spring, Elegant Heat, Fast Feature, Desire, Old Sound.




Fast Feature sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Whispering Stardust saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Holy Spring galloped for 20 m.



Grimace litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Old Sound galop. Old Sound lost 50 m. Grimace galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Quick Mountain won the race after a spectacular finish.
