It had been raining for several days at Kaustinen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Darkness took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 20 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.
Sliding
Valley quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.
Beautiful
Darkness sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.
