The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dove Woman could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Torbjörn Jansson wanted a little to much in the start and Dove Woman galoped for 20 m.




High Connection quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Dove Woman looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Crystal Ceremony couldn't come out from behind the leader, High Connection. Big Dream galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one High Connection followed by Crystal Ceremony and Dream Of Pride. Lane two Dove Woman followed by Here To Stay and Future Sunset.



Dove Woman suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Here To Stay sprinted over the finishline before High Connection and Dove Woman.
