The weather had been good all week and Biri was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Laissez-faire. Travelling Love ended up behind the leader. Kempe Aktiv got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Folie De Janvier, Rolling Rockstar, Laissez-faire, Relaxing Map, Travelling Love, Four Of Spades, Kempe Aktiv, Strong Panther. A bird flew just in front of Strong Panther who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Relaxing Map sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Relaxing Map followed by Travelling Love and Rolling Rockstar. Lane two Laissez-faire followed by Kempe Aktiv and Strong Panther.

Relaxing Map was still in the lead after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Strong Panther galoped for 30 m. Relaxing Map kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Travelling Love won. Relaxing Map came in second. Laissez-faire caught third place.
