The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Rättvik today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





A Scary Thing found a gap and took the lead. Screaming Star followed before Diamond Glory.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




A Scary Thing was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Prince Valiant today. It continued in the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Pointing Forest gallopped for 10 m.




Prince Valiant kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Zee Wensdroom was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Screaming Star kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Spass Flucht galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Spass Flucht galop. Spass Flucht lost 10 m.




Winner of todays race was Screaming Star. A Scary Thing came in second. Prince Valiant became third.
