One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Liverpool Rules took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Afrodite saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Liverpool Rules started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Afrodite was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Afrodite clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Alias galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Rolling Diamond looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Fighting Scout seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Unknown gallopped 30 m after 2000m. Afrodite gallopped 40 m after 2000m. Alias gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



Fighting Scout kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Rolling Diamond sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
