It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Focused Asteroid. As We Speak ended up behind the leader. No Questions Asked got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Fatal Beauty, Focused Asteroid, No Questions Asked, Poincon Express, Gorgeous Girl, As We Speak, Get My Purse, Confident Thrasher.




Poincon Express took the lead after 1000m. As We Speak didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Focused Asteroid galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Poincon Express was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Thrillseeker gallopped for 40 m.




As We Speak suddenly took over the lead. No Questions Asked galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Confident Thrasher litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Confident Thrasher kept the speed the whole finish and won before As We Speak and Get My Purse.
