One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Overheen took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Overheen followed by Kiss Me Quick and . Lane two Kanne Boogie followed by and . Overheen kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Kiss Me Quick was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. No-one could catch Overheen today who won before Kanne Boogie and Kiss Me Quick. Results
