It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Stone sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Sunbeam Clover, Golden Stone, Eagle Sunshine, Little Too Shy, L.A Queen, Thai Mahal, Gentleman Bandwith, Happy Life.




Eagle Sunshine sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Thai Mahal looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and L.A Queen gallopped for 10 m.



Sunbeam Clover litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Universe Captain was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Final standings. 1 Thai Mahal, 2 Gentleman Bandwith, 3 Sunbeam Clover.
