The weather had been good all week and Jägersro was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Admiral Plan found a gap and took the lead. Good Looking Stereo followed before Front Plan. When the startcar left the field Front Plan started to galop and lost 10 m.

Derbywinner saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Derbywinner clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Flying Agent was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Expect An Experience accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Expect An Experience sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Admiral Plan sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
