One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shining Light sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Shining Light was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Delaney looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Brighter Than Heaven couldn't come out from behind the leader, Shining Light.

Shining Light looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Brighter Than Heaven sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
