One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Zoet Zoals found a gap and took the lead. Old Energy followed before Mighty Power. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.




Mighty Power quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Trembling Witch started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Old Energy took the lead after 1000m. Sliding Thinking didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Sliding Thinking looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Old Energy litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Old Energy today who won before Sliding Thinking and Big Black Taxi.
