Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solvalla track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Darling found a gap and took the lead. Champagne followed before Old Puma. Commandant suddenly started to galop. Johan Untersteiner had to struggle to get Commandant to tror again and succeded after 30 m. Neige Blanche suddenly started to galop. Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get Neige Blanche to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Darling was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Bambino Giornaliere Del Dolce looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Champagne couldn't come out from behind the leader, Darling.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Darling today. It continued in the lead.



Darling kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Darling kept the speed the whole finish and won before Champagne and Commandant.
